Terms & Conditions

  1. Premises can be used only for dwelling purpose.
     

  2. Residents shall not cause any damage to the Building or any part of it (including the Premises).
     

  3. No rubbish or waste should be stored or burnt/destroyed in any part of the Building.
     

  4. Residents shall not litter or cause any kind of annoyance to the neighbourhood.
     

  5. NOISE
     

    1. Keep the noise level within the tolerance of others in the Premises and reduce if requested to do so.

    2. No noise shall be caused between 10PM and 6AM which would affect the sleeping by any third parties in the Premises/building or nearby building.
       

  6. AVOID THE FOLLOWING:
     

    1. Abusive or foul language

    2. Harassment in any form to anybody present within the Premises

    3. Fight/quarrel with the other occupants of the building/instigating the other occupants to fight.

    4. Smoking & use of alcohol.

    5. Drugs, Explosives & weapons in the whole Premises

    6. Conducting/carry out any kind of business

    7. Alterations to the Premises, any electrical or furnishings of the Premises.
       

  7. The Residents shall not cause any damage to the Premises or Building. In case of any such damages caused by the Residents to the Premises or Building, the Residents shall be liable to pay the cost of repairs/replacement due to such damage. If the Residents fail to pay the cost, Liveasy shall deduct such cost from the Deposit and claim for the balance cost of the repairs from the Residents.
     

  8. Post 7 (seven) days from the Move-in date, any repairs/services to appliances, equipment, furniture, etc. in the Resident’s room, the charges on actuals have to be borne by the Resident. Liveasy will only provide the technician.
     

  9. Liveasy shall carry out the repair/service of the below items and shall be entitled for reimbursement of the repair/service cost from the Resident, if any damage caused by the Resident in the Premises/Building including but not limited to the following:
     

    1. Any damages to the electrical items

    2. Physical damages to the electronics items

    3. Physical damages caused to any of the furniture or furnishings

    4. Damages to bath fittings

    5. Damages to any of the kitchen appliances

    6. Replacement of any part for any of the above-mentioned appliances.

    7. Damages to any of the Items (Sports/Gym Equipment, Games, Electronics, Furniture, Walls, and artwork, etc. ) which may be present in the common spaces.
       

  10. CLEANLINESS
     

    1. Residents shall keep the Premises clean and tidy and ensure your belongings are kept within your designated area.

    2. Residents shall keep the common area clean after they use it, for others to enjoy the common facilities of the Premises.
       

  11. HOUSEKEEPING

    Housekeeping would be provided to the Residents by Liveasy. Further on request from a Resident, Liveasy may provide any additional housekeeping facility, subject to availability. The Resident shall pay an amount of Rs. 250/- per request for such additional housekeeping facility. The Housekeeping services will be provided for a minimum of three days a week except on public holidays. The scope of Housekeeping shall be as follows:

    1. Cleaning the bathroom (3 times a week)

    2. Sweeping and mopping the floor in the hall, bedroom, kitchenette and balconies (3 times a week)

    3. Windows and windowpanes (twice a month)

    4. Dusting the furniture (3 times a week)

    5. Clearing the trash
       

  12. Continuous internet services and high-speed Wi-Fi facility will be provided, except for temporary downtimes incurred due to third parties & technical difficulties.
     

  13. Electricity charges are on actuals and not included in the monthly payment. Electricity charges will include “Energy Charges (Current consumption charges)”, “Fixed Charges for Contracted Load”, “E Tax” and any other charges, present or introduced in future, as stipulated by TNEB. Intermediate absence of a Resident from the property shall not warrant any exclusion of the Resident from the Electricity charges.
     

  14. All gatherings, parties or discussions shall be held in the common area with prior permission from the Liveasy management.
     

  15. If Residents who are of opposite genders and not married stay in the Premises the same shall be at Residents’ own risk and the Residents shall indemnify Liveasy for all the consequences including but not limited to any action taken by any third party. In this regard, it is specifically agreed by the Residents that in the event any action is taken by the local authorities/police against the Residents or the co-occupants, the Residents shall be solely liable for the same to the total exclusion of Liveasy.
     

  16. Residents must take care of the safety of his/her own belongings/valuables and must always keep their belongings/valuables in their wardrobe/cupboard duly locked. Neither Liveasy management nor its staff will be responsible for any loss or damage to the belongings/valuables of the Residents.
     

  17. For general maintenance & showing houses to other tenants, Liveasy staff or its affiliate agents may keep a copy of the keys of your house. Residents are advised to keep their valuables locked inside the cupboards & never leave them unattended in open places.
     

  18. In the case where a resident chooses to move to a Liveasy property at a different location or upgrade his/her current booking type, the difference in the amount of security deposit will be expected to be paid by the Residents before making the actual transfer. In case the new rent is lower, the difference in security deposit is adjusted against the following month’s rent.
     

  19. GUEST POLICY
     

    1. Resident taking up a bed in a shared room

      Resident is allowed to have a guest stay over for up to 3 (three) days without any accommodation charges. Beyond the third day, irrespective of whether such Guest accommodation is continuous or at intervals in a month, the Resident shall pay an accommodation charge of Rs. 500 (Rupees Five Hundred only) per day per guest (“Guest Fee”). Such admission of the guest(s) shall be subject to the permission from the other occupants of the room. Further, the admission of guest(s) by Liveasy is subject to availability.
       

    2. Resident taking up an entire room/flat

      Resident is allowed to have a guest stayover for up to 7 (seven) days without any accommodation charges. Beyond the seventh day, irrespective of whether such Guest accommodation is continuous or at intervals in a month, the Residents shall pay an accommodation charge of Rs. 500 (Rupees Five Hundred only) per day per guest (“Guest Fee”).

      Residents shall ensure that their guest(s) shall not disturb other residents of the accommodation at any time of their visit/stay and be polite and courteous in their behaviour to the residents. The Guest Fee is only for accommodation of the guests at Liveasy and any other charges shall be payable on an actual consumption basis.
       

      1. It shall be the responsibility of the Residents to keep the management informed about any guests who are staying at Liveasy, along with providing the guest’s ID proof. An additional charge of Rs. 2000 per night per guest shall be levied on the Residents for admitting a guest without receiving prior approval from the management.

      2. If Residents invites guest to the accommodation, the Residents shall indemnify the Sub Lessor for any of the consequences of such stay in the Premises.

      3. Day visits are restricted only till 8 PM for all guests.

      4. Overnight stay must be informed to the community manager within 8 PM.

      5. The Resident is fully responsible for the actions of their guests.

      6. The guest should not disturb other residents during their stay in Liveasy.
